When the show starts, people must enter through the carport on Clarissa Avenue and come through the back of the house to find seating.

On the bottom floor of a duplex in the heart of Los Feliz Village, a living room and dining room are cleared out, filled with couches and folding chairs as a microphone and speaker are placed directly in front of the entrance.

The house lights are turned off. On comes blue and red spotlights from opposite sites of the living room creating a cool purple hue onstage as some of the best comedians in Los Angeles perform for a crowd of locals who are ready to laugh.
